Broad spectrum post-emergence herbicide TEMBO MAX is advised for use in conjunction with surfactant for effective control of grassy and broad leaf weeds in Maize.
Tembotrione inhibits the enzyme activity. The inhibition of the enzyme prevents the production of carotenoid (plant pigments). Lack of carotenoids deprives chlorophyll, causing chlorophyll to bleach.
